I think everyone should try out Egosque. Its changed my life. My wife and I have been working with Tim for a year now. I use to go to the chiropractor once per week but my adjustments never lasted. Now that i practice Egoscue i only go to the chiropractor once per month because my adjustments stick. I've referred all my freinds and family. If you have any pains or want to avoid knee, back, shoulder surgeries down the road I highly reccomend trying Egosque.
