Cindy brings over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She holds a M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Previous to her work in health and wellness Cindy received her B.F.A. in Dance from Purchase College NY. She taught and performed professionally including such venues as The Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center. Cindy was introduced to the Egoscue Method through her position as a corporate fitness manager in 2003.
