I’ve always had discomfort while running. With about 6 months to go before my first marathon, my brother heard me complaining and recommended Egoscue. The transformation I’ve felt in the last six months has been remarkable. I’ve found an ease of movement that is thrilling. Aspects of good running that I had read about but couldn’t accomplish — power from the glutes, easy hip mobility, rotation — revealed themselves to me, and not because I was straining to make them happen but because the daily Egoscue exercises had taught my body to find them and use them.Highly recommend.
