I had the opportunity of meeting with therapist Jenna Hanlon. Before the session she took a series of photos in which I could see my posture’s poor alignment. Jenna then provided a few exercises for me to try in order to target the areas that need strengthening. She walked me through each exercise. After the session she took another set of photos. Immediately, I could visibly see the difference in my posture after just one round of exercises. II am very excited to continue using this method and see/feel the progress!
