A year ago I completed a 10 session program done using FaceTime which has changed my life. Whereas I could not walk without pain, today I am active in my hobby farm and can hike without pain. Doing it from home allowed me to practice the exercises remotely while Zac watched and corrected me. Having internet links to check afterwards helped tremendously. I highly recommend this method to anyone who is living with pain – it’s comfortable and it WORKS!
