As a life-long advocate for self-care, wellness, and physical fitness, Amy is excited about helping people as an Egoscue Exercise Therapist. The Egoscue Method appealed to her with messages of self-responsibility and treating the whole body. Amy is a fastpitch softball coach and her professional background includes working in a variety of clinical settings such as physical therapy, chiropractic, and personal fitness. Her passion lies in helping others see their potential, set achievable goals, and find success. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University.
