How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Start on your hands and knees.
  2. Sit your buttocks back towards your feet, keeping your buttocks 4-5 inches above the heels.
  3. Lean your body forward with your torso angled toward the floor.
  4. Slide your arms out in front of you while putting constant pressure down into the floor with your hands and hold.
    • Your elbows are extended and locked.
  5. Try and breathe into your sides just below your ribs.
  6. Hold as directed on your menu.

Fun Facts

We take approximately 20,000 breaths a day and if we are not using the proper respiratory muscles to accomplish this task we are losing out on nearly 30% of the amount of oxygen our body should be getting. This E-cise helps to restore the proper mechanics of our respiratory muscle functions.
