How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Stand with your feet pointing straight and hip width apart.
    • Your upper body should remain relaxed.
  2. Tighten and release your thigh muscles.
    • Use only your thigh muscles.
    • Remember to keep your upper body relaxed and feet pointed straight ahead throughout the e-cise.
    • Continue as directed on your menu.

Fun Facts

This exercise promotes proper function between the ankle, knee, and hip.
