How to Perform this E-cise™:
Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead. Place your arms out in front of you at your shoulder level. Start walking with the Òhigh kneeÓ type of walk. DO NOT lift your knee too high so that your pelvis tilts backward to flatten your low back. Remember to keep your upper body relaxed throughout the walk except for holding your arms in this position.
