How to Perform this E-cise™:
Sit in a chair with your hips rolled forward to place an arch in your low back. Place a pillow between your knees and apply constant pressure into the pillow with your inner thighs. Place your hands into the “golfers grip” and place your knuckles up against your temples with your thumbs facing downward toward your shoulders. Pull your elbows back and them close them together in front of your face. REPEAT and remember to keep your back arched.

This exercise promotes bilateral pelvic extension and proper function between the upper and lower body
