How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Lie on your back with both of your legs stretched out and your arms resting beside your body(palms down).
  2. Simultaneously, raise one arm and the opposite leg. The arm remains locked straight as you take it overhead and the opposite leg is bent at the knee joint as you pull that knee up toward your chest.
  3. After you have lifted them up, return them back to the floor and switch sides.
  4. REPEAT

What this E-cise™ does

This exercise promotes proper flexion of both hip and shoulder simultaneously.
