Stork Walks

How to Perform this E-cise™:

  1. Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and hip width apart
  2. Lift your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level
  3. Now march forward lifting your knees high
    • Do not lift your knees so high as to cause your pelvis to tilt backward which flattens your low back
    • Remember to keep your upper body relaxed throughout the walk except for holding your arms out straight
  4. Continue as directed
