How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Kneel down with your knees and ankles together and sit on your heels. If this is too difficult, place a pillow between your ankles and sit on that to raise your butt up from the ankle level.
  2. Relax your upper body as your roll your hips forward to place the arch into your low back.
  3. Hold.

Fun Facts

Promotes bilateral pelvic extension.
